By accessing or using Orion ("the Service"), operated by PromptEval ("we", "us", "our") at bot.prompteval.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Orion is a demonstration voice assistant that lets you have real-time audio conversations with an AI model. The Service is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may need to provide your email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access restrictions

The Service connects your browser directly to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI) for real-time audio processing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromptEval. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service (such as voice input), but grant us a limited license to process and store it as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should not rely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptEval shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
